With Emerald Isle Pools we can do pricing a couple of different ways.
1. Standard Bid: We come out and give you the standard pricing for a pool like our competition does.
2. Cost + 15%: Something new we have started for customers is Cost + 15%. What this is is no haggle
pricing. We come out and give the price it will cost Emerald Isle to build your pool then add 15% to
our cost for the total price you will pay for your pool.
3. Build it yourself: For customers that have had a pool built in the past and feel they can manage the
build themselves. Emerald Isle Pools will do the drawings and provide a list of subs and the order to call
them in then you manage the scheduling of the subs and pay the subs.
Emerald Isle Pools only charges $1500 for this.
